@venningj @HoyleFarming The manufacture isn’t really much help at the moment seems like they don’t want to know about the issue unfortunately. Found a matrix for the tyres online max pressure 32psi.

@ShannonProp @HoyleFarming Diff bin and tyres but I had concerns about my chaser bin tyres doing similar maths from the info on sidewall. Contacted manufacturer and they supplied me with a bit of a matrix- pressure, speed, weight and time in motion

Is anyone running 650/65-30.5 floatation tyres on a 30t chaser bin? Tyres have a max of 35psi, bin is loaded with 30t of wheat. This is the second set of tyres in 200hrs. Our guess is tyres are overloaded.

@HoyleFarming Free Rolling load is 7750kg x4=31t + 14t of bin over weight but 13t.

@ShannonProp There will be a number/letter combo on the tyre like A8 or similar that will give you load rating.

@HoyleFarming Yeah it only says “maximum inflation pressure when seating bead is 35 psi” so I assume not to go over that pressure. When bin was delivered they were only at 30 psi

@ShannonProp Are you sure the maximum tyre pressure is 35psi or does it say “maximum inflation pressure while seating the bead is 35psi”?

@pearse_kyle We use canvas chutes easy to hook trailers on and easy clean out blockages

@dalwaters We got our tyres for our seeder and header front tyres recapped through @123synon think it’s $400 a tyre. 3 years and no wear on tyres.

New shoes. Made a set of slicks for the header front. Hope they do the trick...
