Casey Schmitt is a great example of development. Early struggles, league adjustment, then his adjustment. Matt Williams hit around .200 his first three seasons before breaking out in year four. Casey was raking last year before getting hit on the hand and it changed his season. Now healthy, he is producing and looks like a different hitter. Some of us saw this coming.
