@pinglyadya I think stratagem bounce should become un-intentional. Seriously. Bad idea.

Bit of an explanation, player based glitches are easier to reproduce and usually has a dedicated team. Enemy behavior is hard to narrow down and fixes cause unintended issues. Steering and stratagem bounce are intentional. Sound has been slowly getting better every update.
