As a Nigerian adult, your health can actually get 60% better just by avoiding - Noodles - Pasta - Bread - Semo - Alcohol + Sugary beverages - Shawarma/Pizza/Pastries In fact, just start seeing them as poison and avoid completely Try it for just 4 months first and see.

I went to my usual suya spot to get suya.
Met a chic there trying to make her order but she looked pissed.
I spoke to her. We engaged in small talks.
Someone kept calling her, she’ll end the call, then hiss.
I asked: is that who’s making you pissed?
She said yeah it’s her boyfriend. That they got into an argument.
Told her to cheer up & we should wait for our suya orders in the car instead of standing.
She agreed.
Got into the car, had few talks & we kissed.
From the way she kissed me, it’s like she wanted it.
The suya was ready & we departed.
She was arguing with her boyfriend.
Few minutes later, she was kissing a stranger.
