I don’t know who needs to hear this, but unless you have been diagnosed with diabetes or some sort of insulin issue, your blood sugar going up and down is normal & good & things like glucose monitors and ozempic & expensive supplements are totally superfluous.

The hard pill to swallow about time is that it’s gonna pass, whether you meet your goals are not. So you might as well just do what you can when you can and be at peace. You can accomplish more this way than if you just waited for the “right” conditions.
