Today in Science, we started growing crystals with 5 solutions. Then learned about mineral properties. Students got to learn by touching and testing minerals themselves!

Ms. Zieger from St. Joseph Museums came to my SS classes as a guest speaker today. She took them on a virtual field trip to 5 sites through Google Earth with corresponding artifacts they could hold/touch! This was an intro to our Central America unit! #OneTeam @CardenParkElem
