@ShunaSnow We came to see The Swell not once but twice. Hard to put into words the profound effect it had on my 88 year old mother, who was moved by the entire experience: the poetry, the humour, the time-shifting angst. Hope you are all proud of this utterly brilliant production

We had a q&a last night which raised a thought worth sharing: some have said The Swell isn’t ‘about’ being queer. I think what they mean is that often queer stories = queer trauma. The Swell is not that. It’s about queer love, which is joyful complex & universal. And no one dies!
