With the amount of events almost every single Cabinet member is attending en masse, you sorta have to wonder how anything is getting done… 😳

I guess it’s encouraging to see former/fallen politicians be more active out of office than in it. Gives us all hope for retirement.

Did they seriously do an ‘opening’ of the 100 Steps project? With two Ministers and a Parl Sec? Unable.

So the whole govt need to be at every single event? 🥴 Yall want to be photographed with the PM every minute so? 😎

This mentality that we see amongst politicians, especially govt officials, that ‘they did it, so I can do it too’ really is the reason things will never improve. What’s particularly interesting is how fast ppl sell their integrity for (perceived) power.

I would really love to understand how sharing the cost of an electronic immigration system could be any kinda threat to national security.

I supposed to trust you to run the country and that is the interior of your office? A setta fake marble finishes, with the worst shade of gold and panelling? 🤮

What is the reason for a bunch of government ministries or representative putting out statements in support of the SoE. You’re literally the government…we know you support it. Wasting everybody’s time. Goodness.

Why are salaries in the public sector concealed? It’s public information at the end of the day so why not remove all the damn mystery…

God knows why he didn’t make me a journalist cuz the minute a foolish Minsiter question what rights I have or don’t have, I would have to put them in their place…and would be jobless.

@KareemJH7 I can definite agree it’s awful. However, I think it needs to be acknowledged how truly nonsensical it was under the previous administration (and those before), which created a perfect environment for the sort of thing we’re seeing today.

@SiddelR Agreed. But this gov't has been the worst...I believe it has been extremely deliberate and much to the insult of our intelligence. I also think the media's performance is extremely weak right now.

There really needs to be a study on TT’s piss poor govt comms. Successive govts fail at it, especially when announcing major changes. Putting aside everything else, the handling of these motor vehicle fines/fees is truly bizarre, especially given Cambridge Analytica.
