@teacuppity get your bloodwork done with an endo, specifically for your bones, like ALP or PTH. critically low Vit D was my first symptom, turns out my bones were weakened for years because i had an issue with my parathyroid, like, i broke my clavicle lifting up a somewhat heavy trash bag 😭
