Le gars est tout seul au pied du temple du Mont Fuji, il tient son restaurant avec 12000 plats/dessert/cafés à la carte, il fait le service et la cuisine absolument seul.
Tout est délicieux.
Il remet en question toutes les émissions de Philippe Etchebest que j'ai vu.
