Day 9 yday on Equality, Diversity +Belonging, there is so much power in naming it I felt it. My experiences. I just needed to sit back and listen and that’s ok…Now to consolidate my thoughts of change leadership on a slide 😬#equity #compassion diversity is an ACTION #cspldp

Also insight into expert service users and role within NHS and academic institutions with service development and workforce recruitment. Now need to present some of this info within my 20mins assessment 😩 #leadingchange

Day 8 stakeholder involvement+influencing change. On reflection I think it unlocked a different energy/drive in me, it’s the core of designing services. It’s the ‘we said’ ‘we done’ rather than the ‘you said,we done’ this resonated with me from Rishi’s presentation #cspldp
