@indykaila Not sure that was Slot’s call. Isn’t recruitment the responsibility of Hughes & Edwards? Slot’s the Head Coach, not the manager. Still, his selection & coaching of the players at his disposal has been very poor

We can't say much, but a couple of the senior players are confused by Arne Slot's change of tactics from last season. They don't understand why pace on the wings wasn't replaced after losing attackers in the summer. It will take a miracle for Arne Slot to survive this crisis.

@Micks2B You see brief glimpses of quality when they play off the cuff but seeing both FBs check their runs to avoid overlapping wingers tells me they’re playing to instruction. Sometimes you have to wear opposition down with relentless attacking. Can’t do it over just 20 mins though.

“Cant blame the manager for that” Yes you can for the absolutely woeful first half setup where we basically just wasted 45 minutes. Team crumbles when the opposition setup a low block.. and crumbles again when they half arse attack us. Were still a mess its clear.

Whatever the outcome of the game, since conceding, there’s been a massive change in pace. As #LFC you play like that from minute 1

Really tough to take last week - a first defeat that was not deserved - but lads bounced back well with 3 points today to go back to the top (although Fylde have several games in hand!)
