@ZikadaPrime 99% of their library would be amazing outside their console. I've always hated how anti interaction the console is, a whole ass friends list but no message system, battery drains fast undocked even when turned off and just no unique themes for customization at all. So garbage.

Also friendship was gated for a time and you couldn't do it all at once so it took time to max out a mon compared to gen 7. Also gen 6 was just better than 7 in general so it negs :)

as much as I think Pokémon should get an upgrade in animation, I don't think this is a good idea at all
Not only does it hinder competitive by tellingyour opponent your nature, its also just a very impractical idea. This is asking for every pokemon to have 25 different idles

Cool idea, but it can be simplified without having to spend resources on 25 different animations for each Pokémon and without revealing your Pokémon's nature to your opponent. Just two or, at most, three animations for each Pokémon and you can choose which one to use that's it

@DetectivEsse Not like the other choices are any better. Gen 8 are literally all athletes and gen 9 they're incredibly forgettable with like the most interesting gym leader being a rapper, everyone else is like just an artist, baker or merchant.

Pikachu having a new in-battle idle pose in WIWA makes me somewhat hopeful for others getting something similar

Say what you will about Pokémon being profitable, but something like this would require an insane amount of time and resource investment that's just not practical in the long run
There are better ways to go about introducing variuety to the animations imo
