@crazyhouseprice It's almost certainly a sublet but subletting is of course caused by the absolute obscene sky high rents being charged by landlords in the first instance.

@crazyhouseprice @ReginaMangan Do you think that the current tenant will allow a check? If given written notice of same I guess they won’t get the notice & therefore avoid a check.. happens all the time & there’s no little help to resolve same
