He thinks it's foolish to spend that much when there are cheaper products that smell the same at the Dollar Tree. This is a bit disappointing coming from Barrett. These edge cases are not important at all. Their job is to determine the Constitutionality of the question. Period. Once that is established, it is the job of the Executive (or if the Congress wants to weigh in, it can) on how to implement the majority of cases and how to deal with edge cases. Barrett (nor any other Justice) has any expertise on these issues and should avoid worrying about them. They do not make law for "edge cases". An entire family comes to the USA for Disneyland. Everyone dies in a freak accident except a newborn baby who arrive prematurely. It has no family back in its home country. Should it stay here and will it be a citizen! This minutia is dumb.

@BrandonStraka The 14th amendment gave citizenship to the slaves. Not just babies born to them. So citizens were having babies that were therefore citizens. If illegal aliens aren’t citizens simply by being on US land neither are babies born to illegals. Why is this so difficult?
