@SlickWraps I am trying to buy your product just b4 the sales ends (bought one from you in the past), but when the final step I clicked, it does not move on. So I tried to log in w my address 2chk if the payment was made safely, but also is stuck & does not move on.
@chillexbb I am sorry about that. It is noted on our support page that with international shipping there might not always be a scan outside of the states. When the package is received by the next country, they do not always scan them. Reach back out to support once that time frame passes.
@SlickWraps Well it's over 60 days now, and the only thing the support says is "The time frame provided has not passed" with a tracking link. But I can't track the package outside of the US
@SlickWraps Is it normal that I have to wait over 2 mouths now for my Order? I ordered to Germany, the online tracking is the same status for over 1 mounth now. "Your item departed a transfer airport in FRANKFURT, GERMANY on April 1, 2021 The item is currently in transit"

@SlickWraps yeah so 1st order I made I messed up and forgot to apply the custom skin on it this time I made sure I had a SUPER high resolution photo and it came out looking like dog shit......sigh 😓 do y'all like quality check and then say to the customer that

I PLACED TWO ORDERS WITH YOU LAST MONTH AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY ORDER UPDATE TRACKING OR ANYTHING. I SUBMITTED A SUPPORT TICKET OVER TWO WEEKS AGO WITH NO RESPONSE. THIS IS REDICULOUS! I EITHER WANT A TIMEFRAME OR A REFUND!!! THANKS IN ADVANCE

It had been a month with no notice and support said they had no idea when it would ship.
Really bad first time experience.
@TheAmpersandMan I am sorry for that delay. It takes time to produce and cut the wraps, weed, package, then ship. It is mixed in with a high volume of orders. We are pushing through that as fast as we can with the limited staff due to COVID.
