If you are a new social media manager, you have no business taking on any client and then coming to ask for help on how to manage that client. Why not get proper training first? It annoys me a lot when people come to our community and say “I have a client now but I don’t know how to manage them, because I don’t have a proper training yet”. Then why did you take on the client? You are part of the people that give social media managers a bad name. It’s not always about money. Our reputation is already flawed. Sighs
