Romaine Mundle at full-time. A huge chance missed, and the momentum shifted straight after. He’s finding it tough right now, but he’s a Sunderland player and he needs backing. Fair criticism obviously part of the game and warranted - but let’s remember that he is human. #SAFC

Just on the domino effect, my take: Sunderland could technically recall AA and be done with it. But then Aberdeen are annoyed, you’re back covering his wages, and AA is frustrated - likely stuck playing U21s. Not ideal for relationships or the club’s standing, imo. #SAFC

No need to panic. Sunderland would have to agree to any deal, and it would need to benefit the club. Replacements are being assessed, and one would need to be secured before any Geertruida exit – similar to the Marc Guiu situation in the summer. One to watch, though! #SAFC

Enzo Le Fee has been a joy to watch at Sunderland, but the nature of that penalty miss changed the game. It is very disappointing. It is very annoying. But let’s back him. These lads are human, and he will be gutted tonight. #SAFC
