Can confirm: I am trapped in a nightmare. Have been waiting 20 weeks for permits that were promised AT MAX to take 12. Had to have a piece of paper notarized (NOTARIZED!) saying that I was not displacing low-income units with my SINGLE FAMILY HOME. My wife’s renewed drivers license has been lost in the mail system; mine took 3 months to get to me. Have spent HOURS trying to get my property tax bill is still reflecting pre-Fire land value and improvements despite having my property reassessed in August. There is no person to speak to. Our “services” are endless automated phone trees and impossible to navigate city websites. Our leaders are only here for photo ops and platitudes.
