Proof that my advocacy persists. I am deeply grateful and honored to share this endorsement. Because we all deserve to age with dignity, purpose and respect — no matter our journeys.

“Endorsed by the MN DFL Senior Caucus.” This one hits home. I miss my dad every day and wish he and millions of others followed a different final course. But I consider my aging-related advocacy - past, present & future - just one part of my dad’s legacy. karlahultforsenate.com

The Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and Annunciation Catholic School communities profoundly understand resilience and the need for change. I was honored to moderate a panel discussion featuring professionals and parents who can guide all of us on a path forward.

So proud to receive an endorsement from my friend & Hennepin County Commissioner Heather Edelson. As a current commissioner and former Minnesota State Representative, Heather has long stood up as an inspiring leader for all of us. I’m deeply honored and grateful for her support.

How did we get here? Immigration attorney, Sarah K. Peterson, eloquently answered that question(s) -- from a legal perspective -- on KARE 11 Sunday. Thank you, Sarah, for helping us all better understand this moment in Minnesota. @kare11 kare11.com/article/news/l…

If ever there was a day, a month, a year when we needed that hope, it is today, Jan. 5, 2026. Maybe we just need to be intentional in carving out our own “Time for Hope” – our own compartment for finding peace and progress, no matter what the day, month or year may bring. 💜
Karla Hult@karlahult

I’m working on @SoManyGoodbyes presentation, and I always end my workshops with a reminder of what gives us hope... I believe research & resources give hope to those touched by #dementia... Just as integrity & respectful communication gives hope to those facing life's challenges.

Merry Christmas!   And please know I come from a place of empathy when I share… the advice for the holidays rings true: Recognize your loved one’s limitations this season. Scale back, perhaps, allowing you and your loved one to still savor the moments of joy. 💜#dementia #ENDALZ

Not to mention... Our dear friend, Dr. Ron Petersen, also weighed in on this development, suggesting the study may not have included the right dosage or even right measurement or stage of cognitive decline. 💜 Again... hope.
Karla Hult@karlahult

It’s not the results we were hoping for… A lot of #Alzheimers & other #dementia advocates had high hopes for GLP-1 drugs and how they may prevent or even treat dementia. But all good research – as we know – is nuanced. So we'll persist... with hope. nbcnews.com/health/health-…
