@SonicWorldDX Any Updates On The Release Date?

As a result of engine migration from DX7 to OpenGL, a drawback is stages using the .x file format will not be supported.
Any Gamebanana mods that have the format will be marked as obsolete when the version releases.
.x files will need to be converted to .b3d

This does not affect the base game, but many stage mods pre-2022 will be affected.
Guides will be made to migrate from .x to .b3d, and patches for stages by inactive players will be allowed on Gamebanana.
.X stages won't crash the game, but will boot you back to stage select.

Our previous April Fools jokes have now been released as a mod for the current version of Sonic World DX!

Sonic World Release 1 Turns 12!
Sonic World's 1st public version was released on 14th February 2014. Starting off with only the heroes 12 (except with Metal Sonic instead of Big, who would not be added until Release 2).
Thank you for everyone who tried SW in that time!

This obscured CSS is just to hide future reveals and is only out-of-order as the proper sorting is done for the full character select.
All the Eggman robots and teams will be paired together more reasonably in the actual release.

The Chaotix have been torn apart and placed in random positions.
The Eggman robots have also just been thrown all over the place.
Hell, even Team Dark being placed up beside Team Sonic over Team Pink, it just don't make no sense!
