@SonnetInsurance So my Aunt's rear windshield just broke and she needs it replaced, why does she need to pay a $1000 deductible for a job that will only cost like $300? She has the Comprehensive coverage. How can y'all get away with this kind of thievery?

I was travelling abroad and did not intentionally neglect my obligations. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service, my calls were placed on hold and then disconnected. Cancelling my policy under these circumstances is unfair and a breach of good-faith and fair-treatment obligations. I request immediate reinstatement without penalty, failing which I will escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

@SonnetInsurance OMG, getting nowhere with e-mail & chat. Rec’d renewal from #SonnetInsurance saying that I can “Get a complimentary one-year membership to TELUS Health Virtual Care.” Now saying that it’s for new customers when Sonnet’s e-mail states renewing cust. @TELUSHealth

They will only send an email claiming a refund has been issued, but you will not actually receive one. (No transaction ID, no details) It's unimaginable why a company like this can operate in Canada

Hey @SonnetInsurance! It’s pretty disgusting that you withdraw insurance funds and immediately cancel the policy stating I am not covered. Then your agents state that coverage exists for thirty days so too bad for being out 700.00. Your business practices are revolting.
