Day 3 of the #ELITE30 … the goal is for me to reinforce a sense of consistency and discipline. I chose the months that only have 30 days in it to have a routine check in period for myself throughout the year.

Day 2 of the #ELITE30… a 30 day reset and recharge period. For my 30 minutes of reading, I decided to go back to my childhood and restart the Harry Potter series.

It’s April 1st, the first ELITE 30 of 2026! Over the next 30 days, I’ll be dedicating 90 minutes a day to myself. 30 minutes of exercise, 30 minutes of reading and 30 minutes of journaling.
