Judgment is one of the lowest forms of projection of the ego. It separates us from love, from truth, and from the divine within ourselves and others. Life Legacy Podcast - Ben Kjar I’m sharing this video because this man’s story is a powerful reminder of what it means to stand in your light no matter what others project onto you. Despite the cruelty, the attacks, and the judgments placed on him, his mother helped him choose a different lens — one rooted in self-love, strength, and truth. In ceremony, I was shown something profound: what we judge, we bind ourselves to. What we condemn in another, we may one day come to know through our own soul’s experience until unconditional love is learned. We live in the other person's shoes until we learn unconditional love either in this life or the next. We do not evolve through judgment. We evolve through compassion. Through humility. Through seeing beyond appearances and honoring the soul within. May we be more mindful of what we project. May we choose love over judgment. And may we each have the courage to stand in our own light, exactly as we are.

NEW: Rapper Afroman is scheduled to stand trial in a civil lawsuit filed by seven Adams County (Ohio) Sheriff’s deputies.   The legal battle stems from a 2022 raid on Afroman's home, where officers were investigating alleged drug trafficking and kidnapping claims that resulted in no charges. Afroman used his own security footage from the raid to create music videos which mock the officers and the "botched" operation.  The officers allege that Afroman used their personas for commercial profit without authorization, causing them "humiliation, ridicule, mental distress, and loss of reputation". They are seeking damages of $25,000 per count.

This clip shows how original versions of TV shows have been shortened via syndication and streaming. But the bigger takeaway is that most people don’t realize it. In an era where books are being banned and original materials are becoming harder to find. This is just a small/fun example of that concept. If we don’t hold on to original copies of books, newspapers, magazines, vinyl, commercial VHS tapes, television recorded VHS tapes, cassette tapes, DVDs, original news broadcasts etc, we will watch history be edited with holes in it where things are missing and presented as though it is the complete picture. Here’s a light example of that concept.
