How do the big companies get away with never servicing security systems?!

I will never understand why suppliers can’t send quotes! Running a business and then scrolling through a price list or a website to get the price of equipment is just ridiculous, surely I’m not alone on this!?!

Another!! How many more times does this need to happen before the UK Government puts regulations/legislation in place, roll out a public education program, and all UK fire services deliver training on these incidents to their frontline crews? 🤷♂️
