She doesn't give a sh*t if her hair grew long and needs to cut it. It also feels like some tribe's thing, Lara adopted that tradition were the long braid means she never lost a fight !

This needs a slight adjustment. She looks like a frog when she's 'walking' on the edges, she's too straight. Maybe she needs to sit a little lower to give the feeling of 'using arm strength'.

Firstly, some things from the demo that I forgot. While holding her guns or in fight mode, You can press X to jump in the direction you choose and Lara can jump in that direction (not acrobatic). You can also press O to dash in any Direction you would ( not a roll)
