McAuliffe stiff to be omitted imho. Seems like he’s always first out. He may not ever be good enough but considering he was an inside mid asked to fill an outside role over preseason, it’s absolutely fair to ask if he’s being given every opportunity to succeed. Disappointing.🐯

@Tigercastpod No issue with the key forwards. They are doing what they can. It’s what is happening up the ground & how we bring it to the young key forwards that is the issue. When experience blokes like Prestia miss simple passes the way he did yesterday, what chance do they have?

EXPERIENCE MATTERS: Yesterday our 3 key forwards had a combined 35 games experience between them. For comparison: North 3 keys = 477 games Blues 3 keys = 273 Pies 2 keys = 408 Lions 2 keys = 157 Crows 3 keys = 395 Freo 3 keys = 190 Eagles 3 keys = 133

@bernies33 To be fair, his OOF shots were from close to the boundary line. If he can find space to lead up the guts, it will improve. We either take too long to get it in our fwd50 or bomb it aimlessly, so we end up taking low percentage shots at goal.

A✅for me, deserved his chance looked most lively of all fwds. Must play every week now, only downer 3 set shots OOF from less than 35m. But team had 7 from set shots that’s what gets me annoyed. All were gettable 🤦🏻‍♂️😩
