They say goodbyes are the hardest, well this isn’t technically one… After an impactful fourteen months at @SportingLagos , I will be stepping away from my role as Media Manager of the Academy @SLFCAcademy 💙 Working in this role and club has been nothing short of special. Every training session, every matchday, every moment spent with the boys gave me the opportunity to step into their world and tell their stories in a way that truly matters. Documenting their journey, capturing their growth, and showcasing their potential to the world has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my career so far. There’s something powerful about being part of such process of watching raw talent evolve and knowing you played a role in how those moments are remembered, especially at SLFA where there’s talent in abundance everywhere you look ⚽️ What makes this even more meaningful is that I had the privilege of doing all this at a club I have genuinely supported and love. To work for a project you believe in, to contribute to its story, and to represent it creatively is an experience I’ll always carry with me 💙 I’m grateful to the players who I’ve become very fond of, coaches, staff, and everyone behind the scenes who made this journey worthwhile. Thank you for the love and the memories. It’s been an emotional week for me with the farewell messages 💙 Wishing the club the best as the chase for NPFL ticket continues (I’ll be in the stands cheering as I’ve done way before my time at the club), also wishing the academy the best for the rest of the season. I see a lot of people saying negative stuffs in the CS. Some of them have never been to a Nigerian football league game before. Come to the stadium and you will be amazed with quality of football. If you have the time, come to Onikan on Wednesday evening for the crucial game between sporting Lagos and Rovers. If you no enjoy the game, fine me for stadium, I go refund your TFare and Ticket.
