POLITE NOTICE: We appreciate that congestion around school in the mornings and afternoons is quite challenging at the moment due to the work on the stairs. Please can we ask for patience, kindness and respect towards staff, children and each other at all times. Thank you.

The sun finally came out for Y6 this afternoon 🌞. We enjoyed creating our ‘Andy Goldsworthy’ inspired art and some yummy s’mores over at the allotment.

Despite the rainy start, the Y6 children in school have had a great morning taking part in competitive orienteering and team building challenges.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Mrs Faber is not in school today or tomorrow, therefore her Maths groups before and after school are cancelled on these days.

Good Morning! Question of the Week at St. Bede for KS2: Why do we celebrate Pentecost? Word of the Week for KS1: Pentecost. Class Assembly this week is 1E on Wed 15th June, 2:30pm in the school hall. Next Class Assembly on Wed 22nd June is RA.

For St. Bede day we talked about St. Bede’s important role in history and took a look at some St. Bede stained glass windows. RS were inspired to make their very own St. Bede stained glass window too!

RS did some super duper independent writing about what they could see on the cover of our book of the week!
