Lowder House in Wapping is progressing well... Stack London are delivering 18 new social rent properties for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Lowder House is part of LBTH initiative to provide new housing by redeveloping infill and corner sites in their own estate.

Stack London are delighted to handover 30 of these stunning new properties, for Raven Homes. Burrstone Gardens is a beautifully designed collection of fifty properties, featuring 1&2 bedroom apartments and 2&3 bedroom houses. Many of these homes have now been sold and occupied.

St Paul's Way is progressing well and Stack will soon be delivering 23 much needed rental units for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets...

A view from the top. Works are moving quickly at our St Paul’s Way site, our partners at Metek will be pouring the 2nd floor slab next week, and should be at roof level in early January.

Works are moving on at our St Paul’s site for Tower Hamlets. The concrete frame is now complete and ready for the steel frame structure next week.

We are pleased to have started demolition works at St Paul’s Way with our partners at @R_Collard_Ltd. A lot of thought and planning has gone into maintaining social distancing and working safely of course, and we look forward to getting the new social rent units underway.
