They have been in the U.K. for two years now Fully GMC registered Have applied to over 400 doctor jobs up and down the U.K. They have been to job fairs where HR from organisations have stated that for a single JCF job they have seen 900 applications in one week This individual has invested significant time and capital. To survive in the U.K. they have been working multiple jobs including as waiters in restaurants. This is just such poor use of talent and such waste of it, when patients are suffering and needing the best healthcare and whilst we have 4500 PAs in the system how are there ANY doctors out of jobs? The sad thing is, there’s 100s and 1000s of doctors in third position and it’s only going to exponentially increase
