@JoeSquawk I replayed the interview. And your question was fair. Not sure he said he would welcome Biden over Trump more than it was wishful thinking that Biden would “not be catastrophic”!

@StephenNowak Zell was outspoken in his criticism of the Obama-Biden era. For him to say he’d welcome that Joe Biden, relative to Trump is noteworthy. Indicates a dissatisfaction with something other than economic issues. Seemed pretty clear to me, like it or not.

@JoeSquawk Sam Zell clearly outlined his support for Republican policy over the “radical” Democrats. Mr. Zell even stated that Democrats would be catastrophic to the country. Your last question on political divisiveness was extremely dismissive of what Mr. Zell said.
