@Rockjaw if i rolled a new character on the oceanic server and went all the way to 50, in april when my legacy transfers race count unlock?

@Rockjaw if i make a toon after feb on the US server and get it to 50 i wont be able to transfer it to the oceanic. will race unlock count?
