@indigenous_juan Correspondingly, when a thought comes to mind that we wish not to explore/experience we can think to ourselves, "Am I nearer to THIS POTENTIAL CREATION or ITS OPPOSITE ?" In other words, our already-existing vibration stays in the driver's seat, and the mind in the backseat.

In my experience, energy exchange is like water flowing through a pipe. It is possible to have a large volume of transfer, but correspondingly blurrier (which then involves the visible party collaboratively unpacking it, applying joyful creativity in advancing relatability).
