@UnlabelledGenZ @StimulerApp You mentioned growing revenue, but it seems it's coming from users paying for upgrades they never receive. I upgraded to the Pro version days ago, yet nothing changed and the ads/promotions are still there. No response from support either. Is this how you treat your customers?

Happy to share that Stimuler is now a ₹20 Crores ARR startup (Annual Recurring Revenue). Took us nearly 2 years to reach here - started monetizing in Jan 2024 & with 90%+ rev outside India! > INR 0-10Cr : 16 months > INR 10-20Cr: <8 months Honestly, if you ask me I firmly believe we can definitely grow much faster than this. But then that's something which is always a constant.. I believe the best thing we have done so far is avoid all the shortcuts to revenue growth & focus on just building the best product in the world with the best folks in the team! And all other things do make sense in the longer run :) Overall had quite some year - have grown 5x in 2025 & have a multiple year runway on hand now; so quite excited moving into the new year The race to 100Cr has now started!!

Combining all countries, we now have 60k ratings on Google Play & 25k+ ratings on IOS Appstore for @StimulerApp while being rated 4.8+ out of 5 in both Appstores. Probably among the best rated apps at scale in our category globally and particularly in most of our key geos (e.g. 4.9 in Indonesia, 4.9 in mexico, 4.8 in colombia). Still, I 100% believe there is just so much we can improve here, both in terms of being prompt in resolving every single customer issue (+ replying to them), as well as ofcourse gradually improving the product & making it 100% bug-free alongside making it more awesome everyday. The latter is something ofcourse the product & tech teams are continuously working on My current priority is the first part, specially for India - where our rating significantly trails the global numbers (~4.5 vs 4.8). I think we are hardly doing 6/10 of what we can do here. Taking this as one of our priorities now, let's see if we can fix this 🤞

Okay, I'll be honest -- One of my personal targets is assembling the best 5-6 member full-time growth team any consumer internet startup has had (not just in india, but globally) in its early days!! And today, let me be very direct about this.. Imo, we already have the fundamentals at @StimulerApp - a very clear usecase (English fluency), proof that the product works, 8Mn app installs, 100k+ early paying users from 180+ countries (always rare for any indian co) & backing from the very best consumer investors globally. And yes, the first 3 members in the team including Myself The idea is to have a dream 2 year sprint from here for any marketer- scale revenue 20x to millions of paying users, launch new geographies, create a moat over Tiktok & basically grow in a way that should be worthy of a case study later! But THE ONLY WAY to ace this insanely hard challenge is to get the very best people to solve it with us. And growth is very unique in that way, the best people don't necessarily have decades of experience- they might just be excellent content creators with top-notch analytical skills, previous consumer founders who just love owning things end-to-end, early marketers at d2c/consumer internet cos who have just insane proof-of-work completely changing the trajectory of these cos, top film-makers turned growth marketers & so on. The only common thing is that all of them are insanely talented, very ambitious & evidence that they can put in the efforts required to be among the very best in whatever they do :) Over the next few weeks, I'll be posting some specific roles, but yupp- just wanted to put it across of what's my end goal from all this.
