Today I retired from chairing the trustees of @DonkeySanctuary. Amazing organisation working for donkeys, and those who depend on them, worldwide. From funding my PhD 33 years ago, til today, it’s been a privilege. 🥲

Reflecting on current horrors I overlooked it’s 2 years ago today colleagues @RoyalVetCollege came together on that Sunday to make some of the bigger decisions in our history in a different war. The entire community & our collaborators stepped up - COVID’s not over but thank you
