Teachers, please don’t think working 12 hr days, spending your own money on supplies/ resources, or working every weekend, is all part of your calling. Being your best self for your students may be your calling but the rest is just causing you to burnout & not give your best.

Teachers, Don’t be discouraged if you do things differently than others. It’s ok to learn from others but don’t think you’re wrong if you do it differently. Everyone has their own talents & passions. Just bring your best self. Just Do You. Thats what your students need.
