Gonna be honest, I used to be like this, especially given my job is at my desk. it was SUPER bad when I graduated from high school years ago It wasn't good, at all, my lower back was sore combined with my upper back pain from genetic stuff (not getting into that but long story short, I am woman.) A big thing that helped me get out of this was setting timers for every hour to get up and do things , be it exercising, going outside for a bit, talking with family, little things, so on. Helped me physically and mentally!
