@StuffieStuff1 @Sunniethehoob @NHSuk I have to phone them every day - they don't have a "waiting list". I've diaried to phone st 5 weeks for the day after we get back so I can get an appointment then.

Human here - ready to have a right rant about the @NHSuk - just because you're poorly doesn't mean the life you actually have is on hold at the off chance the NHS will get in touch. The appointment system is shambolic. When you go to the dentist and they want to see you in 1/4

@StuffieStuff1 @Sunniethehoob @NHSuk It does not make sense. They know you need an appointment at 3 months but appointments are only release 5 weeks in advance. The appointment they sent by text is one week into my holiday &they can't arrange another because we are on a road trip for 4 wks. They can't do appt b4 😢

@FredTedOlga @Sunniethehoob @NHSuk I don't understand why they POST an appoint which, if it arrives in time, may not be suitable. Would HAVE to be better to call & book at time mutually acceptable. No, you have to cancel & wait for a new appt at an equally unsuitable time. It makes no sense
