Pub 3337, Firkin Alehouse, Folkestone. It moved to other side of street 10 days after I ticked t'other. Abysmal behaviour. Better people in the new one. Didn't get bollocked for asking what pies are on etc. Bit drunk now, might sleep over in sea.

Pub 3336, Samuel Peto, Folkestone. Wondrous Wetherspoons in most ways, but the Rebellion Smuggler tasted like Carling and that definitely didn't seem to be a likely outcome! Carpet 8.75 btw.

Pub 3335, Staggered Inn, Dover. I like this. Proper arse about town micro. Own brew. Zingy. Cheeky Charlton chappie, lads in back room vaping n darting n hating Norwich. It's a long way back to York when you're drunk!

Pub 3334, Conqueror Alehouse, Ramsgate. This is more like from third ever Micropub I'm told, father. Quality Mad Cat, a nice Stevie, bag full of Chewbacca n other action legends. If Ramsgate is the jewel of Kent, what is Dover?

Pub 3333, Pub, Herne Bay. Well I loved the record player, snuff, main man's Hillier chat, Sarge the dog (not Justin Whittle) and general ambience, but the beer sucked arse. Coffee porter on t'nose, but increasingly fizz n eventually Ruben vinagre.

@paulbennett76 Yeah me too (well I wanted Rubbish) but it was SF , but still not sure I've heard it in a pub last 10 years.

Pub 3332, Fountain, Whitstable. Leafy sunny leathery backstreeter. The Tenterden beer drinks usually lovely, but occasionally like sick. Bit o' Carter USM. Then bad U2. Boy plays pool. Dreadlock dude gets told about a party including decks and spicy food. Proper bo.

Pub 3331,Golden Hope, Sittingbourne. Hard to find the seats here cos they are hidden like former prison cells. Rug is a criminal 2/10 but the Child of Jago drinks supreme. A couple play a card game with sparkly unicorns on them.

@StymieSi Ah - we were there yesterday ! I wonder if you will go to any other venues we visited- there were a few& mostly fiendishly expensive

Pre-emptive Peter Cushing, Whitstable. Ignore Somerset Maughan trying to steal the limelight. Art deco marvellousness. Beer like a thin fizzy marshmallow. Friendlier than Sittingbourne. Carpet a 9/10.

@StymieSi I love that pub. Not been for years. Fo they still have the two massive old projectors or cameras as you walk in?

@Spoons_App Really is! Wish beer was a bit better but you can't have it all.

@StymieSi I was pleasantly surprised Simon. The Combermere Arms , with the tree growing in the outside gents toilet, was a particular highlight.

@StymieSi 22 in a day , that'll take some doing . I managed 5 in Wolverhampton yesterday, pre concert.

@StymieSi I know Blossom Street , Micklegate and the Punch bowl well. I have stayed in that area a few times. York is a beautiful city.
