-how to identify a certain's image model pattern. And also, I think that we should call out lazy uses of genAI because if we let Epic get away with this, they'll probably expand to try and cut corners on the actual game's development by using AI... No one wants vibe coded upds

To make things clear, I am not only accusing Epic for using AI because of the imperfections on the image, the embedded SynthID data for checking Gemini's is right there and again, the style of the graphics is what gives it away. I only added them to help those who don't know-

@exxcllnt even so, bad graphic design work and ai generated graphics are very differentiable lol. Those things I pointed out were just quick artifacts I found that make it a bit more obvious for the untrained eye

@guccithealien Gemini's just the Chatbot interface, when you prompt it to use SynthID, it just scans the image's hash data and compares it to a database somewhere in google's servers. It is not the same as a full generative prompt

@tellembigcheese I just find it rather insulting that the same Company that just made the community "pay the bills" by rising prices a week ago can't even make good use of the money their community have been giving them. Also it is rather dumb to use AI on such a simple post
