How many times have I heard this story over the years? A breakup. A hard season. A death. Suffering. And somehow it ends with a prescription for an antidepressant. It has become so normalized we barely question it. Heartbreak gets labeled. Struggle gets pathologized. And a deeply human experience gets treated like something that needs to be medicated instead of understood.
Joe Rogan Podcast News@joeroganhq

Theo Von opens up about antidepressants. Theo: "That shit makes you feel de*d, man." Rogan: "So why did you take them?" Theo: "Cause I was in a bad relationship 20 years ago, and I was having a tough day at school, and they f*cking gave them to me."

Just before Christmas, we secured the first face-to-face meeting with the relevant Ministers for @ChinookJustice and had a further meeting with the Victims Minister Just before Easter recess. However, the MOD have repeatedly told lies about the crash and have done so again just this week. It is beyond hurtful. The MOD cannot investigate itself and cannot be the Judge of it's own Court. We need a public inquiry to be called by the Prime Minister himself. Please support & help our campaign!!
Chinook Justice@ChinookJustice

Support our search for the truth. The MoD can't be trusted to act as judge and jury. @Keir_Starmer must take action. Please write to your MP - you can use our website to do so. chinookjusticecampaign.co.uk Here's Beverley Hornby-Smith, whose husband was killed.

EXCLUSIVE by @fleetstreetfox: Ministry of Defence lawyers knew of a whistleblowing report that said British troops were exposed to radiation, but failed to tell judges. A minister wept as she made the admission to Parliament. Here's What They Don't Want You To Know: whattheydontwantyoutoknow.substack.com/p/minister-adm…

@mikerelaut @DrJosefWD It does- but pharmaceutical domination of many major agencies nowadays cleverly shut down publicity & quote false statistics ad nauseam!

I said psychiatric meds should be investigated in mass killings and doctors came for me. None of them addressed the evidence. Homicidal ideation is in Abilify's label. Aggression is in Strattera's. I wrote that Strattera language myself at the FDA. Tennessee just passed a law to investigate this. Bipartisan. By a landslide. They're right.

Patient attends A&E with a chest infection… standard stuff. Decides to pop outside for a vape and a bit of fresh air because, let’s be honest, the waiting room atmosphere could finish anyone off quicker than the illness. Next minute… casually clocks a bloke acting a bit off outside the maternity ward. Not aggressive, not shouting… just that “something’s not right here” vibe every frontline worker knows all too well. So what does he do? Doesn’t walk away. Doesn’t ignore it. Goes over for a chat. Two hours later… 🧠 Talked down a “lone wolf” terrorist 🎒 Convinced him to open the bag (yeah… that bag) 💣 Found himself staring at a pressure cooker bomb 📏 Asked about blast radius like he’s doing a dynamic risk assessment 🚪 Moved the whole situation away from the hospital entrance 🤝 Built enough trust to keep the bloke calm 🤗 Given him a hug when asked 📞 Got him to agree to call police before he “changed his mind” All while his own phone’s dead and there’s not a single staff member in sight to wave over. Genuinely the most British de-escalation imaginable: “Alright mate… talk to me… what’s going on?” No PPE. No backup. No radio. Just vibes, empathy, and absolute nerves of steel. Meanwhile inside: Crews stacked 8 deep Handover delays hitting biblical levels Someone asking “can you clear please” every 30 seconds And this guy is outside single-handedly preventing a mass casualty incident like it’s just another shift problem. Police turn up, job gets wrapped up, and he just wanders back in like: “Yeah I’m back… still got that chest infection by the way.” Probably still had to wait for discharge as well. Massive respect though. That’s not luck, that’s character. Calm under pressure, compassion when it mattered most. George Medal couldn’t have gone to a more deserving person. Proof that sometimes the difference between a normal day and a major incident… …is just one person deciding to step forward instead of walking away 🚑

The goat is the most underrated ruminant on the planet and I will not hear otherwise. The goat will eat what the cow ignores, what the sheep rejects, what the tractor cannot reach. Bramble, thistle, gorse, scrub willow, the regrowth after a fire, the hedgerow that's gone invasive: the goat considers all of it a reasonable lunch. This isn't indiscriminate eating, but rather, landscape management so precise that conservation organisations now hire goats: specifically hire them, with contracts, with transport, with management plans, to clear invasive scrub from Sites of Special Scientific Interest that machinery would destroy. The goat also has four stomachs. The goat is also running the fermentation technology. The goat is also converting inedible cellulose into milk fat of approximately 4.5%, higher than cow's milk, producing cheese that has been made in the same valleys of France and Spain for three thousand years. And the goat does all of this on terrain where the cow finds it difficult and the sheep finds it challenging. There are places in the Greek islands where the only possible food production is the goat. Where the soil is limestone and scrub and the slope is sixty degrees and every other agricultural system fails. The goat does not fail. The goat has never failed. The goat has been feeding humans in marginal environments since before writing existed. Keith is standing at the fence again. Keith is doing conservation work. Keith does not know this. Keith knows there's something interesting on the other side of the fence and he intends to find out what it is.
