You can annotate your cells by running Cell Ranger on the 10x Cloud or locally. @timgill924 Some of the best and most productive collaborations I had in a academia were with all those grad students and postdocs I met/hung out with at conferences.

@jdpereira my PI was not a micromanager but when we met once a week she expected a one page doc that had bullet points of what I had done that week and what I’ve got planned for next week. Really helped me keep my research momentum going and reminded me that even slow weeks weren’t wasted.

Ok academic Twitter: - Without judgment, what is one thing your PI did you admire, and think worked, and one thing they did you thought was not a good idea? Note - there are horror stories, but this one was more about lab policies. But we’re here to listen if you want to share.

@BoyiGuo @10xGenomics Just a heads up, the parquet format change is for visium HD only. The csv format is retained for visium v1 and v2 and will not break existing tools.

Another day trying to import VisiumHD to #Rstat without success. It seems like @10xGenomics introduces new file format `.parquet` replacing existing `.csv` in Space Ranger, which might cause established functions to break. github.com/drighelli/Spat…
