I expected better from a winner who reps a major brand. How do you not know how to use a second chance to 'rewrite' your story? To say the least, it was cringy to watch. Stanship aside. Zero accountability and razz behaviour wrapped in poorly executed drama. #BBNaija

For all of you saying the video was doctored with VDM's face. My opinion is that even if the video is AI generated, what stops VDM from debunking it and letting the general public know it's fake? Instead he went on camera to start abusing everybody and even called Mr Bayo Onanuga, the President's Spokesman, stupid. That's taken too far. Yet he didn't say anything about the video, whether he did it or not. He has crossed the line. It's time for him to face the law. I don't think they could try all this nonsense during Jonathan regime.

The only coward I know in Nigerian politics is Mr. Peter Obi. Look at the following: 1. He always runs away from party primaries. 2. He prefers moving between parties instead of building one structure. 3. He rarely stays to fight internal party battles. 4. He often distances himself when controversies arise. 5. His supporters defend him more aggressively than he defends himself. 6. He hates political confrontations. 7. He left previous political platforms instead of staying to challenge outcomes. 8. He focuses on speeches rather than political ground battles. 9. He is avoiding risky political decisions. 10. He relies heavily on public sympathy. 11. He withdraws when pressure increases. 12. He has changed political alliances multiple times. 13. He avoids difficult negotiations. This is not the kind of leader Nigeria need at this time. I am Olumide Solomon and with President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the helm of affairs....✍️ May Nigeria win 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬

WHY I DISLIKE OUR HYPOCRISY OF HATING TINUBU WHEN YOUR REASON IS ETHNIC NOT ON POLICY. I believe our hypocrisy is too much. We hide behind "If you vote Tinubu, you don't have sense." As if their motive is mainly based on their disagreement with Tinubu's policies. Do they even know what the policies and reforms are about? I have taken time to ask some of these people questions. But most times I found out that their motives are mainly ethnic and religious but hiden behind the facade of "patriotism" One man sent me a DM the other day questioning why I support Tinubu. That Tinubu is performing badly. I asked him who he supported from 2015-2023. He said "Buhari" So you supported Buhari that created part of the problems Tinubu is dealing with today? But see a problem with the one fixing the rots he created? Imagine. Just like those people who say Jonathan was a miracle working president. But they have a problem with Tinubu, a president fixing the mess he created? That's not patriotism. It's hypocrizzzzzsy in plain sight. Did you know Jonathan earned $300 billion dollars from oil boom 💥? What did he do with it as Nigeria went broke before 2014? Did you know he had chance to end the Boko Haram insurgency? It was still small that time. The $3B he released to Dasuki for buying arms to fight the insurgency ended up in private bank accounts. Some billions of naira from that money went into spiritual sacrifice according to EFCC reports. Some went into buying of diamond bra and pants. President Obama wanted to help Nigeria but left because he was angry that the government was too corrupt that information and resources ended up in enemy hands . Today the US government is even cooperating with Tinubu and giving the Tinubu government accolades for their efforts. Because they've seen the efforts. Obama couldn't say the same for Jonathan. And that's who many of you see as an amazing president. When I see things like this, I just know you people aren't serious. Out criticisms of one government isn't because they actually perform badly. They criticize them because the ones we love and worship were defeated. But you know what? Get ready for more losses because you're emotional. Let's wake up. Ugoji Maximillian

It is amusing how some Obidients have suddenly become champions of the Southwest, expressing outrage over kidnappings in the region, yet remained largely silent when the Southeast was being terrorized. There was a period when the activities of ESN and IPOB made parts of the region almost uninhabitable, with innocent people living in fear daily. Now, they have suddenly found their voices over the kidnapping of schoolchildren, even though the government had already taken charge of the situation and security agencies were actively working towards a resolution. The unfortunate reality is that the presence of the children themselves was the major factor limiting the full-scale operation that security agencies could deploy against the kidnappers. Any responsible government would prioritize the safe rescue of the victims before taking decisive action against the perpetrators. #May30

@Iyoaiye_ Does this writer even read words from lying Reno Omokri and the other assistant ambassador Fany Kayode? Does the writer see the data boys here on x specifically planted to insult the other presidential candidate? Even that spokesman isn’t behaving like a professional no more.

VERYDARKMAN CONFUSES LOUD INSULTS FOR INTELLIGENCE — MOCKING ELDERS IS NOT BOLDNESS, IT IS A COLLAPSE OF PUBLIC DECENCY By Tayo Mabeweje The growing tendency in Nigeria’s online space to mistake volume for validity is becoming increasingly concerning. Social media has created a stage where whoever speaks the loudest often appears the most convincing, even when the content of their message lacks structure, restraint, or respect. Recent attacks by Martins Vincent Otse against presidential spokesperson Bayo Onanuga have once again exposed the dangerous direction of Nigeria’s digital culture. While criticism of government officials is legitimate in a democracy, reducing disagreement to repeated insults and verbal abuse weakens the seriousness of any message being delivered. Calling Bayo Onanuga “stupid,” “daft,” and mocking him publicly does not make an argument stronger. It only reflects a growing culture where insults are celebrated as intelligence and disrespect is mistaken for boldness. Public debate should challenge policies, decisions, and leadership performance—not descend into personal humiliation. There is also a disturbing contradiction in the way many online influencers present themselves. They often claim to speak for justice, accountability, and societal progress, yet their methods are built around outrage, mockery, and emotional attacks. Activism without discipline quickly becomes noise, and noise without substance contributes nothing meaningful to national development. It is important to remember that Bayo Onanuga is not just a political spokesman but also a veteran journalist and public communicator who has spent decades in Nigeria’s media and political space. People may disagree with his political views or his defense of the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,GCFR, but disagreement should never become an excuse for public disrespect and repeated insults. The larger issue is what this behavior is teaching younger Nigerians. Social media now rewards outrage more than reasoning. The louder the insult, the faster the trend. As a result, many young people are beginning to confuse emotional aggression with courage and verbal attacks with intelligence. This is a dangerous shift for any society that hopes to build a mature democratic culture. Criticism remains necessary in every democracy. Nigerians have every right to question insecurity, economic hardship, governance failures, and public policy decisions. However, criticism loses moral authority when it abandons civility. Once arguments become centered on abuse rather than ideas, the quality of public discourse collapses. Nigeria’s online environment urgently needs more responsibility and less performative outrage. Influence should not be measured by who can insult others the most or generate the loudest controversy. True influence should come from facts, discipline, intelligence, and the ability to engage difficult issues with maturity. A society that glorifies insults as activism risks normalizing disrespect as culture. And when disrespect becomes culture, meaningful dialogue becomes impossible. #TiwaSavage #SeyiTinubu #FCMB #Morris

The Nigeria Police Force has noted that an old video from outside Nigeria is being falsely associated with the recent abduction of school children and teachers in Oyo State. This video is unrelated to the incident and is being used to spread misinformation and cause unnecessary panic. Security agencies have intensified rescue efforts, deploying additional operational and intelligence resources to ensure the victims’ safe return. The Force remains committed to the victims’ rescue and urges the public to rely on verified information and avoid sharing misleading content.

Not everyone will be lucky enough to get an audition slot. Not everyone at auditions will make the final cut. And not everyone at the final cut will make it into Biggie’s house. So honestly, if you ever see anyone on that screen, even if they leave in week one, just know they stood out among thousands and gave it their absolute best 👏🏽 Not to talk of when Biggie arranges special eviction after Saturday party for a special person like me🥹🤭🤣
