The Biden/Garland DOJ spent years reviewing allegations that I committed various crimes. I was charged with nothing: FULLY EXONERATED. Not even a campaign finance violation. And the people investigating me hated me. Then, the very “witnesses” DOJ deemed not-credible were assembled by House Ethics to repeat their claims absent any cross-examination or challenge from me or my attorneys. I’ve had no chance to ever confront any accusers. I’ve never been charged. I’ve never been sued. Instead, House Ethics will reportedly post a report online that I have no opportunity to debate or rebut as a former member of the body. In my single days, I often sent funds to women I dated - even some I never dated but who asked. I dated several of these women for years. I NEVER had sexual contact with someone under 18. Any claim that I have would be destroyed in court - which is why no such claim was ever made in court. My 30’s were an era of working very hard - and playing hard too. It’s embarrassing, though not criminal, that I probably partied, womanized, drank and smoked more than I should have earlier in life. I live a different life now. But at least I didn’t vote for CR’s that fuck over the country!

Joe Biden won 69% of the Arab American vote in Dearborn in 2020…This year Trump got 42% and Stein got 18% and now those voters are angry at Trumps Cabinet picks…did they seriously think Trump was going to give them a seat at the table? All they did was give Trump the green light to allow Netanyahu to finish the genocide….we tried to warn them what would happen…their protest vote may have just ended the Palestinians and that is a freaking tragedy…you get one vote, one chance to do the right thing and instead you give the keys to the one man who doesn’t care about the Palestinians… I mean Trump unalived one million Americans…how could you not see this and how on earth can you now be mad? People expect the count to be completed that night because past elections have shown them they’ll probably know the results before bed.

Democracy in action! Democrats in Bucks County, PA, are IGNORING A SUPREME COURT ORDER and counting illegal votes while Sen. Bob Casey (D) is demanding a recount in a race he very obviously lost. This, from the party making democratic norms a pillar, is craven and shameful.

If you want something done right it’s going to take time to ensure an accurate count is made. It’s safe right now and considering how many people who live here…it’s already relatively quick.

My god, I am actually shocked how many smart people on this website think the Gaetz nomination is some clever ploy to get him out of Congress or set up a second, less extreme nomination. Are you guys still this thick? Trump picked Gaetz because the first time he was elected his own FBI and DOJ investigated him, and then after he left office Biden's DOJ investigated him, and he wants to stick it to the "deep state" and get a loyalist inside a department that has "wronged him" for eight years. This isn't complicated. That's his view. He is throwing the grenade in to see what happens. This is how he governs, for better or worse. Do I think Gaetz gets through? I have no idea. Probably not. But Trump is DEFINITELY going to try. He is not tee'ing Gaetz up to get thrown out and he's not just going to fold the nomination because freaking Susan Collins feigns upset. I can't believe we are still doing this, genuinely. It would be an incredible coup for him to have someone like Gaetz leading the DOJ. He's going for it. This isn't a ploy. It's not chess. He's showing you his move and saying "bring it." He's testing the boundaries. They will appoint him if they can. Same with Tulsi and Hegseth.

Well, I've lost 1.5k followers in four days (an absolute record) and engagement here has radically plummeted (even though it's already been getting lower and lower for two years), and over there I have much better (and friendlier) engagement with 10 times fewer followers...
