First look at the SWORDSMAN game build. We’re starting to share more from the process — early animation tests, prototype work, and more already in motion.

We’re moving from 2D to low-poly 3D chibi to ship faster. A pipeline upgrade for reusable animation + rapid gear swaps (including community designs). Our 2D work becomes the concept layer. Next: playable prototype soon on our website.
