The creator-economy is going down-hill. It's too late to close your eyes for it. 1000s of new creators are quitting. Even accounts with +3K followers quit.. All because they were convinced of the same thing… Thinking that growth is bigger than gold. Most creators believe the same BS. Most will quit because of it. But just think about it for a second... Didn't we all allready know that "likes ain't cash" -------------- Still 95% of creators are 'hustling' themselves into grinding followers while they either have NOTHING, or feel INSECURE about their offer. Even if they were the right niche, how would you actually get them to buy from you? --------------- The answer is simple - you don't Why do you think thousands of new creators gave up on their dreams? Thinking they found financial freedom. When the dopamine works out, reality kicks in and they felt like it was not going to work. Like it wasn't meant for them. Like they were all alone in the process. Like they were never gonna grow or monetize. Feeling desperate... Imagine: even these 'large accounts' must have felt the same. After countless hours, days, weeks or even months - all came crumbling down like it was nothing. Insecure about themselves, their niche and product. And so... Still no money at the table. Perhaps you felt this in the past as well Perhaps you even thought of quitting this month. Especially with other creators achieve MASSIVE results right in front of your eyes. Dropping successful give-aways that drag in 90K impressions in 24 hours. Making 10K a month on the platform. Yet - you never made a single sale. Of course this is gonna make you doubt: Doubting whether this is the right thing for you.. Doubting if you're actually able to do this.. Doubting if you're in the right niche.. So many doubts.. I don't blame you For real - I've even been there myself. _________ But there's other ways... See - of course growth is part of the strategy. But growth must be be a by-product of building. Not growing an audience first, and then starting to build a skill or a product. Why don't you focus on yourself first? Develop real value, derrived from real books and real authors. Focus on developing real skills, that solve real problems. Launch your products early, and only then.. Network like crazy to receive real feedback and make real improvements. -------- Stop acting like posting pictures of your food, posting the same tweets, and sending 200 comments a day would bring financial freedom. This is exactly what a real business wouldn't do. -------- You are wasting so much potential in doing the wrong things. Here's a recap of what you should be doing: 1. Stop following the🐑 2. Use your own experiences. 3. Hustle for skills, not for comments. 4. Hustle for more skills, not for followers 5. Hustle for a unique brand, not secret sauces. 6. Grow while you are building. 7. Build a real audience by building on yourself Thats my viewpoint and it's up to you to see whether you agree or don't.

Stop pressuring yourself. Stop expecting anything. Stop comparing yourself to others. Just work untill you have what you visualized.

Small audiences ≠ small profits. 5000 followers can make $0k/m. And 200 followers can make $2k/m. Don't chase trends - Create them.

You have a reason to keep showing up. I thought I wanted to be an employee. But when I became an employee... I hated being told what I needed to do. That's the reason that keeps me going. What's yours?

I was at 2000 followers. But hadn't made a single $. Then I realized my mistake. I never put an offer in front of people. Silly me.

THANK YOU! Not something you hear too often from your manager? A key trait of a GREAT manager is their ability to.. COMPLIMENT😀 So simple, yet so few do it EFFECTIVELY. A simple thank you is good but be more SPECIFIC! Effective compliments are ROCKET FUEL motivating teams

95% fail to build a professional brand. To monetize you must position first. - Stand out. - Highlight differences. - Be THE person in YOUR niche. Do it right and everything else becomes easy. But you can't create a brand position. You find it. Here's how I find mine: Imagine you're a striker ⚽️. You don't score a goal at random. You spot the gaps in the defence. The same applies to positioning. Choose a spot in the market by looking at the other brands. Position your brand against other brands. Because it is simply not possible to position yourself against nothing. Powerful knowledge. But.. How does it work for your brand? What do you position your brand against? How do you position your brand in a market with 100s of competitors? Think like the striker. You must find weakness to score. Find weakness by asking two simple questions... What experience do you have that other people don't have - and how can you use it to solve your ideal client's main problem better, faster, easier, or differently? Think about this example. Your client sees 100s of brands a day. Most brands are annoying because they talk, think and create in the same way. This is a massive opportunity to position against. But how? Create a brand based on your personality. Find your personality traits. Use professional experiences. Turn personal values into brand values. Reflect personal values and turn into brand values. It's called a personal brand and most brands are failing to make it personal. So here's what you do: Brands with no personality? *** Create a brand with personality. Brands that sound the same? *** Share unique perspectives. Brands with the similar products? *** Position a new solution to the problem. Brands with similar solutions to issues? *** Position as faster, cheaper, better, easier, etc. ---- Your brand is what you are and what you are not. So do what they don't and don't do what they do. ---- Love, Junior

Have you struggled on X? Perhaps a tweet flopped. Prioritized your work. Perhaps university. Missed a tweet. No engagement. Yet. You're still here. So remember why. Decide on what's next. And stick to your strategy.

Freak science: You stop growing when you're needy. You get no clients when you're needy. You get no attention when you're needy. Do you get it now? Don't be needy bro.
