A 14yr old invader has avoided jail after being convicted of raping a schoolgirl just three months after arriving in Britain on a small boat. The teenager, who arrived as an unaccompanied minor last June and was placed in foster care, was found guilty in January of rape and two counts of sexual assault following an attack on a fellow pupil.
