Primo commento a caldo: inutile dirvi che, per funzionare davvero, lo stretto dovrà essere "aperto" nel lungo periodo, non solo per 10 giorni. Altissima probabilità che escano navi che erano bloccate dentro, al massimo, e che non entri quasi nessuno.
