Article in the Times today (David Byers) "The deadline to settle loan charge claims with HMRC was September 30, but many of Manley’s clients say they cannot get hold of him and the taxman has NOT received their forms." If true, it's a clear breach of contract or worse.

Ahh! Ok @Jesse_Norman this is why it’s ‘hard’ to go after loan charge promoters then is it? The same promoters/directors who have been handed a £112 MILLION contract to supply PPE to the NHS under the guise of a company formed in May 2020 by former directors of the Knox group.

Today is my birthday! And I feel really low. I should have retired today but now need to work and work and work... all due to a tax debt called the #loancharge. I wish it would all end. I must keep strong and fight. But all I want to do is cry.
